Welcome to Dance with Ruslan (dancewithruslan.com). By purchasing, booking, or accessing any 1-on-1 live coaching sessions or digital video courses provided by Ruslan Karimov (“Instructor”, “we”, “us”), you (“Client”, “Student”, “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Public Offer.

1. General Provisions & Scope of Services

Dance with Ruslan provides online belly dance education, including live 1-on-1 coaching sessions and pre-recorded digital video courses.
Placing an order, booking a calendar time slot, or completing payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement (Public Offer).

2. 1-on-1 Coaching & Live Lessons

Default Platform: All live coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meet unless an alternative platform is agreed upon.
Alternative Video Platforms: If a student prefers an alternative platform (such as Telegram, Yandex Telemost, or Zoom), this request must be communicated in writing at least 8 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Students may reschedule or cancel a session free of charge by providing written notice at least 8 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests submitted fewer than 8 hours before the start time will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy: The Instructor will remain on the live video link for 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. If the student does not join within 15 minutes, the session is classified as a “No-Show,” the session is considered fully delivered, and the fee is non-refundable.

3. Digital Video Courses & Account Security

Personal Use Only: All pre-recorded video courses, lesson materials, drills, and accompanying resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Ruslan Karimov.
Anti-Piracy & No Distribution: Re-recording, copying, distributing, publicly screening, or reselling course material is strictly prohibited.
Account Sharing Restriction: Access to course materials is granted on a single-user basis. Sharing login credentials, access links, or files with third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or block any account found violating this rule without prior notice and without eligibility for a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Recording Rights

Live Lesson Recording: Students are permitted to record their own live 1-on-1 coaching sessions solely for their personal, non-commercial practice. Such personal recordings may not be published online, uploaded to social media platforms, or sold to third parties without prior written consent.
Brand Materials: All website content, logos, visual branding, and structured course curriculums are protected under international copyright law.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Final Sale: All payments for live 1-on-1 coaching sessions and digital video courses are strictly final and non-refundable.
Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways and Merchant of Record platforms (including Lava.top). We do not store your sensitive financial or credit card information on our servers.

6. Health & Physical Activity Disclaimer

Dance training involves physical exertion. By participating in live coaching or following recorded instructional materials, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical exercise.
You are responsible for ensuring your physical environment is safe and that you have consulted a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries. The Instructor is not liable for any injuries or health issues sustained during self-guided or live training.
